*Total duration of the tour – depending on group sizes: 3-6 hours
*Participant’s Minimum Age: 4 Years Old
*Participant’s Maximum Weight: 300 to 350 pounds.
Not Recommend for:
*People with Physical Limitations that will prevent participants from walking, climbing or rappelling
*Vertigo.

*Round trip transportation to most hotels and vacation rentals around ManuelAntonio and Downtown Quepos.
*Bilingual Specialized Guides.
*Top of the line Gear and Equipment
*Traditional Costa Rican Meal at the end of the AM Departure and at the begining PM Departure.
What To Bring:
*Comfortable and Light Clothing – Best if UV Factor Protection (No Jeans)
Comfortable Walking Shoes or Shoes with some kind of Traction
*No Open Toe or Ankle Strapless Sandals. Please consider that you will be walking, and getting wet so make sure you bring
gear suitable for both activities.
*Solar Protection , Sunscreen, Hat or Any Other Type of Clothing or Items for this Purpose.
*Insect Repellent – Please make sure to applied after the Gear Up Station.
*Swimming Suit or Gear and Towel.
*Camera – Waterproof Only.
*Backpack or Small Bag – To carry Items, you may need during the activity.
*Additional Set of Clothes (Optional) – To change into after the tour.
